Refund Policy

Because digital services are produced continuously, refunds are limited.

• Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
• Setup fees for work already performed are non-refundable; unused scoped setup may be discussed case-by-case before work begins.
• If we cancel a service for convenience, prepaid unused periods may be refunded proportionally.
